The Flamboyant tree (Delonix regia) is one of the most impressive trees in Thailand.
While the tree is flowering, it looks like a burning tree,
no wonder that the Flamboyant, also called Royal Poinciana,
was given the name Flame of the Forest.
In the winter (dry) season the Royal Poinciana is shedding all its leaves
and with the beginning of the hot season in April
it sprouts an enormous number of blossoms.
In our eyes the Royal Poinciana tree (Delonix regia)
is a beautiful masterpiece of art, made by the nature.

The pictures shows our very own Flamboyant tree,
which we planted about 10 years ago.
The tree is already higher the 12 meters.
